Frequently Asked Questions

Our normal lead times are 48 hours for the production of your order then 2 to 5 working days for delivery.

We accept your order modification request up to 24 hours after placing it.

After this time, we do not guarantee that this will be possible if the production of your personalized order has started.

Please check your SPAM mailbox first. If you still have not received the order confirmation email after a few hours, the email you entered when placing your order is incorrect.

Email Technical Support at signaturemetalclient@gmail.com with your e-mail without typing error as well as the details of your order (name, surname, address and order number if you have it). We will change it.

The order process is processed automatically in our FBA warehouse. We cannot cancel orders placed. Customer and order information is sent directly to the order preparation logistics department in our warehouses and at our supplier partners. If you want to return a product because you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to return the product to us once your package has been received.

The tracking number may take 24-72 hours to be visible on the tracking page.

If you have not received a shipping letter or tracking number, your order is still being prepared by our services. All orders are shipped within an average of 2 to 7 working days and may be exceptionally extended during promotional offers or periods of high activity.

If you did not receive a confirmation email when you placed your order, the email you provided is incorrect.

In this case, you must indicate: surname, first name, order number and e-mail address, without typing errors, to signaturemetalclient@gmail.com

Only if you have not received your package after 30 days, contact customer service at signaturemetalclient@gmail.com so that technical support can help you get more information about your order.

If you have already ordered, and you receive an email or an SMS after the purchase which tells you to complete your order, do not take this message into account. Sometimes customers receive a callback due to an automated software error. If you have received a confirmation email or SMS, your order is processed by our service.

If you received damaged, defective or wrong items:

You have the choice between a replacement or a refund. Send the reimbursement form to signaturemetalclient@gmail.com Send photos of the damaged product.

Once sent, you will be entitled to a full refund. We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Please contact signaturemetalclient@gmail.com as soon as possible. In some cases, we can change the address for you if your order has not already been processed by our warehouse.

We invite you to contact the postal services of your municipality, once the package has arrived at the sorting center or the first delivery attempt has failed.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered to you due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order may be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned.
